1.How much do you charge?
All fees are contingency based which means that no money is owed until a financial recovery is obtained. Additionally, in contingency cases, all costs associated with the prosecution of a client’s case are advanced by the firm, but these costs will be paid back to the firm when a recovery is obtained.
2. What is the statute of limitations for personal injury in California?
The statute of limitations is two years from the date of the injury against a private person or entity. However, different rules apply if the injury is caused by a public or governmental entity. In such a case, a claim must be made within six months pursuant to the California Government Code.
3. Will my case go to trial?
The majority of cases settle before trial. However, the firm vigorously prosecutes each case as if it will be tried.
